License
A $19 lifetime license permits one person to use MacMemo on up to three personal Macs. It includes future MacMemo updates and may not be resold, shared publicly, or used as a pooled organizational license.
Deletion
Moving an item to Trash is generally recoverable until Trash is emptied. Permanent deletion cannot be undone. MacMemo presents selected paths and requires explicit confirmation, but you are responsible for reviewing the selection and maintaining backups.
Protected content
MacMemo intentionally refuses to delete protected system locations and does not provide a root helper. It may still show space used by locations it cannot modify.
Availability
The license remains usable offline after activation. Updates and compatibility are provided on a reasonable-effort basis for supported macOS versions. No software can be guaranteed error-free or compatible with every filesystem and third-party app.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MacMemo is provided without warranties beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the license. This does not limit mandatory consumer protections.
